Delivery Policy
At Sherrydell, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible, so you can begin enjoying your sense of wellbeing without delay.
Delivery Partner
All orders are shipped via EVRI, a trusted courier known for reliable, trackable service. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of purchase. During busy periods or promotional launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your order size and delivery location. Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or order values.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If you’re not home when your delivery arrives, EVRI will leave instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel. Please follow the tracking link in your email for full details.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Sherrydell, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that on rare occasions, issues may arise.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives smashed, broken, or damaged due to courier handling, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will require clear photographs of the product and packaging to process a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products that have been used, opened, or tampered with. This includes items where the packaging has been significantly altered or removed.
